About the Role:

Monstronauts is seeking an enthusiastic Game Design Intern to help ensure exceptional gaming experiences for players worldwide. In this role, you will assist in designing and analyzing gameplay mechanics and metrics, and closely collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and developing gameplay mechanics, levels, and UI/UX.
  • Refine systems and features to align with the lead designer's creative vision.
  • Solve design issues and fix design-related bugs.
  • Communicate designs with the team and update documentation.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop, test, and integrate designs.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in using Unity game engine.
  • Passionate about playing and creating games.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good critical sense and curiosity about how things work.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work well both independently and collaboratively.
  • Adaptability to new technologies, tools, and processes.
  • Passion for gaming and commitment to learning industry trends and best practices.
  • Must have a reliable workstation, a good-quality mic, and a stable internet connection.

  • Knowledgeable in the current mobile casual game market.
  • Extensive knowledge in using spreadsheets and spreadsheet formulas.
  • Made your own video/tabletop game.
