This is a bug that has been reported in version 1.00.39 and earlier.
We've gotten reports of some quests not registering achievements.
Shop Upgrades Quests
In quests that ask you to fully upgrade shop table tools, sometimes it doesn't register some fully-upgraded items like the Enchanting Quest in Eversand.
This has been fixed in 1.00.40.
Quest Tutorial
The Quest Tutorial in Peakwood Potions may stop you from proceeding because you are unable to claim the rewards of the quest "The Blues."
This has been fixed in 1.00.40.
Heartless Quest
You may find that you are unable to progress with the Heartless Quest, even if you've successfully made Patrons mad during a level. This is because quests only record achievements if you win the level where you fulfilled the requirements.
